here are some websites where you can create titles for your websites:

cooltext.com is a png text generator, it uses pre-existing models, but you can always change the fonts and sometimes the colors and textures. if you're looking for some very specific text effects like, flames or chrome, cooltext.com is a good place to start.

glowtxt.com is very good for the cyber/orkut aesthetic a lot of people are going for now, the text all follow basically the same model of a cool font with several textures to choose from, to make a static image or a gif with several glowing effects, it's perfectly tacky enough for me and it's what i use it for emphasis on video captions since it fits my style very well, check out their sister websites as they also have a glitter, spooky and a minecraft text generator.
